I do Ina Gartner’s restaurant steak recipe, without the Roquefort and I do mine without salt but it’s super easy and VERY VERY good. Eating at home is so much cheaper than eating out, even before the lockdowns plus I had to quit eating out when I found a hair in my food so there’s that too.
