It's a button at the of each topic and you click it and a little box appears where you type in your post and say submit post. It's much easier.

Some boards have it but not many. Look around and see that a few have it on, I think the town dump does...

It is eaiser but sometimes there is no point in it if you want emotes or a picture.

Not really, you can just type the smily code like:

":P" or ":jay:" or ":)".

Most people here I think have them memerized.

And for pictures, you can type the BBCode in yourself...

It's either quick reply or flood control.

Someone once told me that Quickreply uses AJAX and that would make pages take longer to load too.
