Starting Bid: 40 TBT
Minimum Increment: 5 TBT
Buyout: 100 TBT

Auction will end at midnight EST (time converter here!). If there are no bids by then the auction will be extended by 12 hours and so on.

When you win, please send the TBT either while you're on your way to my town or after you've arrived and I will lead you straight to Phoebe. Also I ask that you please have a clear void, Phoebe herself was an accident a void move-in and I really don't want anymore!
