Moving out Fauna need helps and tips

Hi so for the past few days I've been trying to get Fauna to move out for somebody and every villager has pinged me to leave but her. I've gotten pinged 20+ times is there anything that could be stopping her from leaving? I don't even talk to her at all.

Villagers with friendship of 0 won't ping easily. You have to talk to her once and get her to acknowledge you then ignore her again.
