I actually got Jitters as an Amiibo card so I can have him back whenever I'd like. so the one in my town decided to take off, I let him set the time. He's going to be heading out on the 15th so if anybody would like him then let's get together around that time to get your new neighbor.
I don't know how desirable he is but I figured that, instead of just letting him disapear I'd give him a chance to head to a new home.
