When I'm stressed, I like to have a quiet day at home. Said quiet day consists of staying in my pajamas, drinking tea, reading, listening to music, watching anime, and playing AC:NL.
Actually another thing that may help, I'm not sure if it would help immediately for stress but it IS good for relaxing and even sleeping, is binaural beat videos...need headphones though or they won't work!
1. distract myself with loud music, fanfiction, video games ect.
2. play with hair anxiously
3. panic attack
4. panic attack more
5. cry
6. rinse and repeat
