Good places to train these three pokemon in PKMN Fire Red?

Help would be obliged to help me to train these pokemon also I do not have surf which I'm only in the fifth badge where the safari zone is so yeah. I also do not have strength either.

There's a lot of stuff you can do at that part of the game. Make sure you've battled every trainer on both routes to the town with the safari zone. Then go to Safron City, grab the card key and work your way up the floors, battling everyone. After that, just spam the VS Seeker.
