I'm doing this for two reasons. One, I have so much extra stuff that I'd rather give them away to people who want/need them oppose to just scrapin' them at Re-tail. And two, I really want the Train Station Remodel PWP. So honestly, no tips are necessary, but if you'd like to give a little something back to me, I'd really appreciate it if you visit multiple times. You'll get extra items by doing so as well. c:
