Solara continued:

Mable is our visitor for the day . I really do need to figure out the area for her shop.

I bought a hibiscus hairpin, white everyday tights and some beaded sandals.
I learned a new reaction from Mira

When I went to visit Kitt she was crafting a bamboo bench.

I found a new DIY in a bottle on the beach .

I received i letter from the HHA . It came with a gift of a Rattan bed.

Victoria came over for a visit . She brought me an orange as a gift. We played the high low game and I won.

Victoria doesn’t have good luck when it comes to plants.

There was an announcement on the bulletin board for the upcoming bug off.

It has been looking like it wanted to rain and now the rain has begun. Time to change into my raincoat.

Dec 15th : Serena

Yesterday’s fishing tournament was a lot of fun. Even though I didn’t get the two prizes I was after. Maybe next time I will have better luck . Just have to try harder. I did get some nice prizes including an umbrella that came in handy with this evening’s rain . My best score yesterday was 7 fish in three minutes. Next time I will hopefully remember to craft fish bait the day before.

I had a few letters in my mail box . One of them had a trophy from yesterday’s tournament.

I went to place my new trophy inside my house. As soon as I did Victoria showed up for a visit.

She brought with her an orange.

That doesn’t sound very reassuring. I guess if it was an apple instead of an orange I would be more worried. I hear if any fruit is going to be poisonous it’s more likely to be an apple and not an orange.
We played the high low game . I took a chance and lost. Better luck next time.

Victoria forgot what she wanted to tell me. Maybe it was that she went to Solara’s house earlier in the day.

Maybe she will remember it later.

Jan 16th : Solara

Today’s morning announcements: Isabelle said that they got the permits to build the museum and it will be completed tomorrow.

She also mentioned this weekend’s bug off. I remembered what I was going to do yesterday but forgot about. I am planning for when I can get the campsite. I wanted to put in a new bridge. So I went to see Tom Nook.

He gave me the bridge kit and off I went.
I found the perfect place at the entrance to the campsite area.

Isabelle didn’t mention it in her announcements but Sahara is here selling her rugs . I bought these from her.

Buying those gave me 5 tickets snd I exchanged them a as me got a security-monitors wall. The last two things I bought from Sahara was Circuit board with and palace tile.

I need to get back to Aerobics every day

Victoria was cooking. Problem with that is I can’t learn cooking DIY’s yet. It wouldn’t be s problem if I could at least give her a gift. But since I couldn’t I had to mail her her gift for today,

I found some new bugs to donate to the museum once it reopens tomorrow .

Jan 17th : Solara

Today is another exciting day . So many things are happening today . Today Crescent’s museum opened . We had a ceremony for the opening.

I went in to talk to Blathers and to explore the museum. It was nice to look around and see where things will go. It’s a bit empty right now. So excited to start donating.

Here we have some of the bug section . I think my favorite place is the butterfly room.

The art section has nothing in yet . I think Serena might have some art she brought over from Serenity. Maybe she will donate it later.

Onward to the fossil section. We do have a few fossils . We only have one completed dinosaur. Hopefully we will complete more soon .

The last section is for the fish . I enjoy looking at the fish . I donated some fish before going to see this section.

I donated fossils before I left the museum.

After I explored the museum for awhile it was time to celebrate the new bridge. So I went over to see Nook.

I decided today would be the day we finally set up Ables shop and moved Nook’s Cranny. I had Serena do some terraforming since she already knows how. I really like how this came out. I went over to see Nook to get the moving kit for Nook’s Cranny. I also got a bridge kit. I already had the kit for Ables shop since I hadn’t placed it.

I think it will look nice . The next thing to build for this area will be an incline. The area in front of the shops will be a park .

Mable was happy I found a spot for her shop. Sorry it took so long. I wanted to find the spot.

Jan 17th continued: Solara


After I got the shops and bridge in place I took some time to fish and catch bugs. Anything I didn’t need to donate got sold this way I could pay for the new bridge.

Storage has been a problem for awhile. I have been slowly paying off my loan and today I was able to pay it off. I will have a new room and more storage space tomorrow.

After talking to Nook about my home I then asked him what I should do next. He told me he had big plans for the island. Sounds exciting.

He wants to bring K.K slider to Crescent. That sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I’m sure the villagers will love that,

The first part of his plan is to bring more residents to Crescent. In order to do this he wants to build a campsite .

He gave me a kit to build the campsite and off I went to look for materials. The only thing I needed to find was some wood since I had everything else.

Once I made the campsite I went over to the back right where I had already planned an area for the campsite to be.

I headed back to see Nook after I placed the campsite. He thanked me for finding a spot for it. He said he can now begin construction and the campsite will be ready tomorrow.

Went to give all my villagers a gift for today . Ozzie was cooking and since I still can’t cook I had to send his gift in the mail. Maybe one day I will be able to learn how to cook.

Jan 18th :

Today’s morning announcement was about the campsite being finished.

So I left my house to go see Nook about the campsite ceremony and as I walk out I saw someone I had not seen before. He said his name was Redd and he sells art. He sells his art out of a boat he left at the back of the island. I wonder why he didn’t just go to the dock?

He said if I stop by his boat he would show me what kind of art he has to offer. I will go check it out after the ceremony for the campsite and new bridge.
I walked into R,S and Nook was excited about our campsite. He thinks we could have someone coming tomorrow. That it so exciting thinking of who might show up.

Then we had the ceremony for the new bridge. Everyone here likes to celebrate so much I half expected them to celebrate Nook’s Cranny moving to a new location.

Next task for today was adding an incline to the shop area. This will make it easier to get from the park to the shops. I thinking of putting a small book shop and a flower shop in the park area.

I will probably pay off the new incline tomorrow. After that I decided it was time to move my house. It was less bells then I thought it would be .

I then went over to see what art Redd had on his boat. Maybe not the best idea but I like art. He told me he could only sell one piece of art to each person. That’s too bad because it all looked real. I ended up get the flowery panting just because I liked it. I might even just put it in my house.

Redd said he will mail me the painting. I look forward to tomorrow’s adventure. For now it’s time to get some rest.

Jan 17th and 18th : Serena

Yesterday was a good day . I spent some time terraforming so that Solara could have space to set up the shops. When I was on my way Flip stopped me to teach me a new reaction.

He later noticed one of the fish I had left next to R.S do I could donate it to the museum.

I found a sword on display at Nook’s cranny. It took some fishing but I eventually sold enough to buy it.

I stopped by the museum today to donate the fossils I had in my storage. I had found a good amount since moving here. We now have a second completed dinosaur.

I saw Redd’s boat at the back of the island. He must of forgotten we met back on Serenity. Or just wanted to remind me he could only sell one painting/ statue. I got the motherly statue.

I plan on working on the back left corner of the island hopefully tomorrow if I have the time . Hopefully I can move my house back there sometime soon . As for now 4:30am comes early so hope everyone has a great night.

Jan 19th

Today Isabelle let us know that we had a visitor in the campsite. This is so exciting I was hopeful someone would show up today. She also let us know that construction on the Ables store was finished.

I planned on having the ceremony for Ables first but when I walked into R.S Nook asked if would check on our camper first . Make sure they feel at home and hopefully get them to move to our island. So off I went to check on our visitor.

To my happy surprise Tex was the visitor in the campsite. So excited to have him become part of our island. It didn’t take long to convince him to move .

Of course I can go check for you. I need to go see him anyway to get a housing kit so I can place a house for you to live in. Nook was surprised at how easy it was to convince Tex to move. With the house plot in hand I set out to find him the perfect spot.

I already had a place in mind I think will work out nice .

Back to Nook to let him know I find a good spot.

He let me know I can now add plots whenever I want . I will be waiting until Tex moves in . This way Tex can have a nice day all to himself welcoming him to the island. When I do place more plots they will be filled with random villages. I just want to see who will show up on their own.

Now back to Tex to let him know the good news. He now has a place on Crescent to call home .

We can’t wait to officially have you on the island. Now after all that back and forth I think I will take a break and get to the Ables ceremony later. Will post all about it later today. See you soon.

Jan 19th continued: Solara

Now on to our second announcement of the day . The Ables sisters shop is now built. I can’t wait to find some new clothes to wear .

Before I went over for the ceremony I checked my mailbox and had two letters.

Now on to the Ceremony and some shopping.

Everyone is so so excited to have a clothing shop. While I was there I found some new clothes. I didn’t wear them right away but Mable was kind enough to store them in my storage at home.

Mabel gave me a tour of her shop. Then I went in to try on some new clothes.

I decided that today was going to be the day I finally got got to work getting rid of the rest of the weeds. While I was working on the weeds I noticed Gulliver passed out on the beach. I went over to help him out.

It took awhile to find all the pieces so he could fix his communicator. I finally found them all.

Next to him in the sand was a new DIY in a bottle.

I found flip thinking on the beach.
He wanted me to come over and visit his house.

Before I left we played a game and I won.

After finishing the weeding I went around catching bugs and fish . Anything I didn’t donate was sold. I made enough so I can finish paying off the incline. The next project will be a bridge that connects the park to the area behind R.S.

I found Ozzie taking a nap under a fruit tree. We later had a nice chat on the swinging bench next to his house.

Jan 19th and 20th : Serena


Jan 19th :

We have a camper on the island today . I hear Solara already invited him to the island. I should go and introduce myself to our new friend. We also have a new shop so excited to get some new clothes. I received the outdoor kitchen I ordered in the mail and placed it in our campsite. Just in case whoever shows up wants to make themselves something to eat.

Tex seems like he will be a great friend .

I went over to the new clothing store and bought some new leggings.

After looking at the clothes I decided to try again to make another crescent cliff where my house will eventually go. After a few failed attempts I decided to take the cliff down and start again. Having a clean slate to work with is always easier for me.

I looked at the big empty space and decided it would be easier to lay patterns down so I can see it before o build it . This worked really well when I made my first cliff. I decided on a heart shaped cliff instead of a crescent.

After I got the outline of the cliff correct it was time for bed. It had been along day that started at 4:30am and it was now 11pm.

Jan 20th

Morning came earlier then I hopped for . Why was I up so early that’s right Solara. Solara wanted me to fix the river in back of R.S so she could place a bridge. Ok right after coffee. Right I forgot on this island we don’t have the coffee shop yet . So I grabbed some fruit and headed off to fix the river.

Made the river wider and added another stepping stone. Now that somewhat awake I should say hi to our new neighbor.

Hello Tex I hope you enjoy life here.

He is spending the day unpacking .

You could definitely make a nice fort with all that leftover cardboard.

I would love to help you but I think I need a nap before I continue on with my day.

Jan 20th : Solara

Our announcement of the day was that Tex made it back to the island and is now in his house. We also have Leif visiting.

I checked my mail and had two letters. One was from Ozzie and the other was from Gulliver thanking me for helping him. Gulliver sent my a pigtail . I appreciate the gift but it’s not really my style.

Ozzie that sounds like a fantastic dream. I would love to climb a mountain and have snacks with you. Sounds like I should place a couch on one of the third level cliffs just in case.
After checking the mail I went over to see how Tex was doing with his unpacking.

I think you will do great things here.

That sounds like so much fun . It’s too bad we can’t put a water slide on the Island that goes into the ocean.
Next up was to place the newest bridge. Thanks to Serena for getting the river just right . We will soon have another bridge. This will make getting to the shops easier.

Off to see Leif and get some flower seeds. I was only going to buy some white mums and white windflower seeds. I got to thinking about where I should place Mira’s house and thought I should buy some red and yellow mum seeds for when I decide. Which got me to thinking why aren’t there any orange or blue mums. Those would be really pretty . It would be really nice if each type of flowers could be all colors.

It is always a great day to shop for flowers.
I went back to talk to Leif about getting some red and yellow mums. Leif surprised me with a gift. For buying so many flowers he gave me a recipe for a hedge. I can’t wait to try and make them.

I went into R.S and had a nice chat with Nook and Isabelle. He said our campsite is getting more inquiries.

According to Nook the hardest part of his plan is yet to come.

Don’t be discouraged Nook . With my help and Isabelle I’m sure we will be able to get K.K Slider to come visit.

Yup we are team that sticks together.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to check the shops this morning before I had to leave for work. So will have to wait until tomorrow to shop since my work day today is 10am- 10pm so shops will be closed by the time I arrive home. Hopefully when I do get home I will have the energy to send Tex his welcome card and gift. Also give gifts to my other villagers.

Jan 21st: Serena

I woke up this morning with I plan. I was going to be productive and get things done. I was going to build cliffs and finally plant the trees that have been in my pocket for who knows how long . Then came Isabelle’s announcement and that plan went out the window. Today was the bug off. I somehow forgot it was today. I seem to be a day off since I really did think it was tomorrow not today. Oh well cliffs will have to wait until tonight . Time to have some fun with the bug off. I changed my clothes and headed off to R.S.

Mira was already there and ready to go. She says she dislikes when anyone goes after the same bug as her.

Hi Flick

Don’t worry Flick I really don’t like crowds either. My first round I got 9 bugs. My best round I got 12. Most of the time it was around 7-9. It was fun event. I ended the bug off with 151 points. I traded them in for some prizes.

It was nice seeing the villagers enjoying themselves trying to catch bugs. I wonder if any of them actually caught any. I saw Tex trying but disappointed when he missed.

Kitt said she wasn’t having much luck .

Flip thinks he is going to get first. I guess we will see .

Ozzie was excited about the bug off.

While I was catching bugs I found some that had not been donated to the museum. The rest were sold to Flick. I made a good amount of bells selling bugs to Flick I was able to buy a treadmill from Nook’s Cranny.

Jsn 21st : Solara

Today is the bug off. I really only like butterflies and the orchid mantis. So I wasn’t as excited as Serena. I really just wanted to try and win myself that butterfly backpack. So I only played a few rounds . I got 53 points and was pleased with myself. I try to catch as many bugs as I can even though I really don’t like most of them.

Most of the time I caught about 6 or 7. I did have one round I caught 9. The villagers were all pretty excited.

According to Kitt there are two things you need to win.

I checked in with Flick about how many points I had and wanted to see if I had enough for a prize.

I was able to get 5 prizes and the last one I got was the butterfly backpack. The other prizes I got :

Jan 22nd : Solara


Hello and Happy Lunar New Year. Hope everyone has a great year. We have a visitor in the campsite. I wasn’t expecting someone so soon after Tex moved in. It’s great to see the campsite being used. I went over to see who the visitor was .
Our visitor is Ken. I was trying to get him on my last island so it was nice to finally see him.

It took so long to try and convince him to move to Crescent. I went and got a plot ready for him but after that it still took a lot to finally agree to move here. I lost a few card games.

His house will be one of the two I am placing on the Crescent cliff.

Yes I am still talking to you in hopes you will change your mind and finally agree to move here.

Finally won the card game. I really wish it was easier to invite them to move here.
Speaking of moving . Kitt said she was thinking of leaving but I’m not ready for her to go . I still would like to get her photo before having her leave. Thankfully she agreed to stay a bit longer.

I went and spoke to Nook . He was talking about how we can improve the island to get K.K. Slider to visit.

Well we already stated to increase our islands population. Since we have a new friend Ken joining us. I will get to decorating the island with flowers maybe tomorrow or Tuesday. For now let’s celebrate the new incline and place another incline. This will make getting to the campsite easier.

I almost forgot to place Victoria’s photo in my house. I went back home and as soon as I placed her photo she knocked on the door. Victoria noticed her photo when she walked inside.

She hung out for awhile and we played a game . I won the game. It was since visit. Hope everyone has a great night .

Jan 22nd : Serena

Happy Lunar New Year

Solara invited another camper up come live in the island . So I went ahead to go see our new neighbor.

When I left his tent Wisp was there .

He needed help finding his 5 spirits .

It took awhile but I finally found them.

While I was looking for them I found a few new fish to donate to the museum.Blathers told me about how he got chased by a snapping turtle.

I got an invite from Victoria to visit her house. She said she was still shaken from a dream she gag and wanted some company.

Sometimes we all have bad dreams.
We talked for awhile she told me more about her dream and a told her about my weird dream. We played a game and she seemed to be feeling better when I left.

I was then giving my villagers gifts of veggies Ozzie was kind enough to give me his photo.

I went to find flip and ran right into him. He was coming out of his house as I was about to knock on his door.

I gave him his gift and he gave me his photo. So lucky to get not one but two photos today. Will have to find places for them when I organize my house tomorrow.

I think I will end the day with some group stretching. It has been a great day. I’m sure tomorrow will be a great day to.

Jan 23rd : Serena

Today we officially welcome Ken to the island. Today was a busy irl day so not to much time to play.

I checked my mail and found 4 letters since I forgot to check it yesterday.

I got a trophy from the big off that was on Saturday. Will have to find a place to put it when I have more time tomorrow.
Now that checked the mail it’s off to see how Ken is doing with his unpacking.

Seems he forgot we met yesterday.

I went and mailed him a welcome card with a gift. I went and delivered gifts to the other villagers. No photos today maybe tomorrow. I donated some fossils to the museum. I found and helped Wisp.

Redd is here today so I bought a painting from him hopefully it is real .

I went to my house to think about how I wanted to decorate it and Kitt stopped by for a visit. We had a nice chat.

We played the high low game and I lost. Still it was a nice visit. Kitt didn’t stay too long since it was already getting late.

I think tomorrow I try and clean up my storage and decorate my house. I might try moving my house to the back left of the island and try decorating outside it. There is plenty to do just have to find the time. I might make s list to try and keep myself organized. Hope everyone has a great night .

Jan 23rd : Solara

Today we welcomed Ken to the island.

I went over to say hello .

He is busy unpacking today. I got a new app for my phone. It’s the shopping app since I ordered so many items.

Redd is here but I didn’t get any art. The one art piece that looked real was already bought by Serena.

I was walking around the island when Tex ran up to talk to me. He heard about the plan to bring K.K. Slider to our island. He wanted to give me a gift to help out.

I’m not so sure how a drying rack will help but I appreciate the offer. Thanks very much Tex.

I think my project for tomorrow will be figuring out what flowers I would like to plant and where to plant them. I might move Mira’s house and buy another plot to see if anyone else might want to move here.

Jan 24th : Serena

Hope everyone is having a great day. C.J is our visitor for the day. Since I have time today I thought I would do some terraforming. Planning for where Solara will place the next plot. I changed my mind a few times when it didn’t work out. The original idea was a crescent lake but once I made it I realized there was no room for a house.

So I made this instead. I added some waterfalls as well. It took longer then I thought it would . I finally got it right after a few attempts.

Now I just have to think of how to decorate it. I was thinking of trying to find some bamboo and making it a zen area.
Planted some trees for Kens yard and now he has a small pond. Still need to decorate it some more.

Speaking of Ken I found him in the park having a relaxing day of reading.

I learned a new reaction from Kitt.

One of things I wanted to do today was love my house. It is now at the back left of the island.

I eventually found C.J and he had a challenge for me . It was to catch three small fish in a row. I had fun looking for fish.

I did some more fishing and donated some of them to the museum. Anything I couldn’t donate was sold to C.J. I wasn’t really paying attention to sky but when I went to take a picture of Mira still in her Santa hat I realized the clouds had starting forming.

When I was on my way home Kitt ran over to me. She said she was having an off day and wanted to come visit.

We had a very nice visit. Hopefully she felt better after she left. I went over to grab some customization kits from nook’s cranny when Mira asked if she can give me a nickname.

I bought some customization kits and headed back home. I made it back just before it started to rain. I decided to work on my bedroom. Crafting a few items and changed the color. I might still change it but this is how it turned out for now.

Jan 24th : Solara

Today is good day to plant flowers. We also have C.J visiting.

I checked my mail and had some letters.

I went over to see C.J and his challenge was to catch three small fish.

After C.J.’s challenge I headed over to see Nook about a ceremony for the new incline.

I found a flea on Victoria and she wasn’t happy about it. She just wants to forget about it.

Planting tulips in front of nook’s Cranny and Abkes.

I also planted flowers at the back of the island on the heart cliffs.

I planned on moving Mira’s house today but since Serena is moving her house I have to wait until tomorrow.

Jan 25th : Serena

Good evening. Work kept me busy most of the day so could only spend a short amount of time on the island. Leif was here today. I bought some bushes and more flowers. Will plant them when I have more time. Went around watering the flowers I planted yesterday.

Checked my mail and had these letters today.

Flip said he found out that I am trying to get K.K. Slider to come to our island. He gave a gift he thought might help. I will set it out later or tomorrow. Thanks so much Flip.

After Flip gave me a gift he sat down to listen to Victoria sing. I enjoyed her singing but had to get a few things done.

I went to give the villagers gifts. I had to send Ken snd Tex’s gifts in the mail. I can’t hand deliver gifts to Ken yet. Tex was cooking and I still can’t cook. One day I will cook .

I went over to R.S to talk with Nook. I got a moving kit so I can move Mira’s house. I also got a house plot . Hopefully soon we will have s new villager on our island.
Mira’s house is now to the back of the island close to Serena’s house.

I placed the new plot in the area Serena fixed yesterday.

Went over to see Ken and he told me his wish.

The last thing I did was have some fossils looked at by Blathers. We only needed one of the five

Now it’s time for bed as 4:30am comes early . Hope everyone has a great night.
