Crescent Moon Island

Hello and welcome to Crescent Moon Island. Crescent for short . This used to be Jurai but now Jurai is just a dream away. Time to start a new adventure.

This island island rep will be Solara. Other resident is Serena, villagers will be whoever chooses to live here.

I am going to try for a map that has a blue airport and Either apples or cherries. R.S in the middle of the map or as close as possible. Airport in line with R.S with a good amount of room in between. Pier on the left and peninsula on the right. .

This will probably take awhile. Progress will be slow as I will be bringing over Serena from Serenity. She knows terraforming so she can start on that when she moves over.

Update on map progress. Found the right map unfortunately it had the wrong airport color and fruit . So wish me luck trying to get this map again just with a blue airport and apples or cherries.

Can you believe it i actually found the right map much sooner then expected. Only small differences in the map I first wanted. The Secret beach isn’t in the middle but that’s ok. There is also only one rock on the beach. Since everything else was perfect I didn’t want to try again. So excited for this new adventure.

Flip and Mira arrived on the island with me. Timmy snd Tommy brought us to see Tom Nook.

Mira snd Flip are ready to start our new adventure together.

Our first task was to set up tents for ourselves. I helped Flip and Mira set there tents up. We are all on the beach for now .

I received my tent from Tommy . He also gave me a map.

Now that the tents are set it’s time for a party

My first task was to gather sticks for a campfire . I only needed 10 but went overboard and got 20.

First day Continued:

The next task was to get some apples .Tom nook wants to use them for a drink to celebrate.

Now that we have our apples we can
Celebrate.

Now it’s time to name our island

A toast to the island and new adventures

I got picked as island representative

Nook suggested a quick nap after a such a long day . He was kind enough to give me a camping cot and had some other items waiting in the tent .

Had a dream of K.K. Slider which didn’t last very long.

Which means paying Nook for the adventure and tent . Luckily I can pay him with 5000 nook miles. That doesn’t seem to hard.
Nook greeted me at my tent. He said a new day was here but it was already dark. Guess I slept that day away.

He gave me a Nook Phone.

After talking to Nook some more I went to talk to flip. He thanked me for helping him set up his tent .

Of course I had to try it on.

I found Mira and she also gave me a DIY for a leaf umbrella. She said I needed to take Nook’s class on DIY in order to make it .

Now that’s it late again it’s time to sleep. More adventures ahead.

Dec 14th

We started today with morning announcements.

Then checked the mail to find two letters. One from mom with oranges and one from Nintendo with a DIY for a workbench.

Went over to the airport. Got introduced to Orville . Tried to send a letter but need to get some bells first.

I found flip and he noticed I was wearing the hat he gave me. He also let me know about Nook’s workshop.

I found Mira walking near the plaza .

Mira also moved here without any bells or a plan .

She also let me know we can place furniture anywhere but the Plaza .

Now off to see Nook for that workshop.

He also gave me some DIY’s

Besides making a fishing rod. I also made a net, 3 leaf umbrellas and a campfire.

After leaving Nook’s I noticed a note on the bulletin board for aerobics. Sounds like fun.

Now it’s time to try and get some bells. I caught a few bugs and found some weeds and sea shells to sell. Bought a beach towel and camp stove from Timmy.

Next stop was back to the airport. Now I can send letters to Mira and Flip. I sent them each a leaf umbrella I made.

We have started earning nook miles. They seem pretty easy to get right now.

Dec 15th - Serena

Today I moved over from Serenity.. I tried out a few different ways to terraform some didn’t work but that’s ok. Working on the entrance. I think I may have to progress a bit more in order to do what I want. I noticed I can’t order from my catalog yet. I think that’s because R.S is still a tent .

Meeting Mira and Flip

I brought over some flowers from Serenity. This way I can hopefully grow some to go in the entrance. Two of each purple except roses. Two of each blue . Some white and some orange.

I love the windflowers the most.
I made a work station to make it easier to craft and get items from storage. Realized I didn’t bring a stove with me so had to make one. It’s easier to move tree if you cook something then just eating one apple.

While I was looking for stone to make my kitchen I found a gold nugget . Learned a new DIY

I know stone is something I will need a lot of . It is also the hardest got me to find. I really should have brought some more over with me, oh well I will find some.

While at work my mind wanders to thinking about my map. I think I will start tomorrow on my farm area, it will be on the left side of the island.

The beach in front with the pier will be a market area. Place to sell fish and veggies. The farm area will have veggies and fruits. I think I will move Flips house there when it is completed.

I think when I get the museum it will go in the area above the heart pond. I’m trying to decide where ables and nook’s cranny should go.

Will have a pirate area in the back near the secret beach.

Lighthouse and campsite area in the right back corner.

Still have to decide about villagers houses as well as where Solara and Serena will place their house.

Dec 16th : Solara

Nook’s morning announcement was a reminder to check nook shop everyday to get bonus miles. I keep forgetting to do that.

I walked out of my tent and flip was there. He was excited and gave me a festive wreath got my door. I would put it on but still in a tent. I did pay off my loan using miles today. So tomorrow I can put the wreath was b my door.

Nook mileage upgrade

Flip wanted the island adventure to be a survival challenge, I’m glad it’s not .

Mira asked how I was sleeping. She wants more action. I just want a radio. I sleep better when listening to music at night.

I found a DIY in a bottle. I really need to remember to look for these each day.

I fished out a boot from the river and learned a new DIY.

Dec 17th : Solara

Nook said he didn’t have any news to report. I think my house being done is newsworthy, Mira and Flip and still in tents.

I got a letter from the HHA they gave me a new DIY

Timmy was talking to Nook about opening a shop. He asked if I would help him gather materials to build it. Of course I will help.

I gave him the materials and he gave me these in a return:
For iron nuggets : brown honeycomb tile
For wood : camo tee
Softwood : rotary phone
Hardwood: being able to choose where the shop goes.
I place the shop at the beach for now this way I can figure out where to permanently place it later. Mira gave me a shovel and Flip gave me some iron nuggets to help with the shop.

I gave Nook some fish and bugs and he gave me some new DIY’s for an axe and watering can. He also gave me red tulip bags. After I gave him the last fish he got a phone call.

Blathers is coming to Crescent.

Dec 17th continued: Solara

It’s now time to find a place to put a tent for Blathers.

This spot will work . I will work on decorating the area another day.

Yesterday there were no morning announcements and today we can make an entire post about them. Today is an exciting day as many things are happening at once. Blathers is now on Crescent.
