So up to now I've been using the blue/red joycons but the drift has gotten so bad they are unusable. I have a super mario enhanced wireless controller I'm trying to use but I can't get it to sync. I go to controllers-change grip/order and I press the sync button. It won't sync. If it matters the joycons are shown in the number 1 slot and I've tried to unsync them but again no luck(the red has a light on the side the blue doesn't). I watched a few videos but they haven't helped. One said update the firmware but there is no website in the paperwork and there is no cable to connect it. I've also tried instead of sync pressing the home button and I believe it was the y button. I also held it right up to the console while doing this. I see the lights on the bottom go back and forth and then go off but it never syncs. Fyi the Mario controller is new I just took it out of the box. This really sucks I haven't gotten to check out the update. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks so much.
