the company that makes these needs to have these *****es put around their necks and have them dragged around town.

I Have one for my female rottie. Your picture is absolutely animal cruelty. When used right, they help the dog not to pull on a leash. Maybe educate yourselves on the collar technique before jumping into a petition. My rottie is absolutely fine on it, and it doesn't hurt her at all. She walks better with it. It looks like someone was severely pulling that poor dogs neck. It shouldn't be used as a training technique, but it is helpful on walks. As soon as we get back from our walk the collar comes off. Also, trusting the RSPCA? Lol. That's like trusting PETA.

This. While I can see the point of banning because misuse, PETA and those are just...no.
