Oh hello there & welcome!

The BTB (also commonly known as TBT) is this forum's virtual currency.
If you look under your ava on the sidebar on the left, under "Bells", you have 319 at the moment.
As for how / what / where this forum currency can be obtained and used for,

Back to the pricing in Skye's thread:
the 250 BTB would be the asking price should you prefer to pay in BTB / TBT.

The 30 mil IG Bells = AC Bells / In-Game Animal Crossing Bells.

Keep in mind that this 'conversion rate' is NOT official.
There is NO "Official" rate. These days, the usual rate is 100 BTB : 4-5 mil IG bells.
