Time to reorganize my amiibo cards..

Since I have gotten more Welcome Amiibo cards i have to organize them better. Right now theyre in card sleeves (like the ones for trading cards) with being only one sided, I'm going to have to make them double sided. Does anyone know if this mess up the amiibo factor> Like two cards back to back? I imagine it wont but I always want to make sure!
I have over 300 cards to reorganize guys, wish me luck lol
