    - remade the beach end cafe to a cinnamoroll one. - began hashing out plans to demolish an area - replaced all 112 replaceable bushes in my town to the new tea olives for the season - redecorated the hybrid park

    sure. i would just lean into it though. i would put all 8 houses in front of the airport in a nice line. Reminiscent of the shop are in New Leaf. people come by and see the houses in a line and visit one by one :) though dream addresses could have a diff path into it. i do love interior...

    Does anyone else get overwhelmed by custom paths?

    I went for mostly using the in-game paths, but using borders to line them instead. all i have to do is to find/make borders that match the shape/position and i'm good to go. i do like the auto-replace.

    How "finished" is your island? How much time have you spent? Do you timetravel?

    mine will always be around the 90-95% range. i like making changes and trying out new designs. on this island i have about 800 hours. the prior one was another 700. as for TT, i don't. but I do play 12hrs offset since i work during the day.
