    Has New Horizons grown on anyone else?

    Yeah, it'll never be my favourite Animal Crossing game but once you take it for what it is it's a nice way to unwind. Once I stopped viewing decorating and terraforming as something you can be "good" at, the game became so much more enjoyable.

    It feels like they removed a lot of features and veered towards a crafting system because they thought that we'd want more challenge in the game. And that isn't entirely untrue. More challenges in game would have been great, but in the form of unlocking more buildings and more things to explore...

    I went for an 8, but I'd be stuck between a 7/8 really. There is waaaay too much untapped potential for me to consider giving it a higher score, but I'm very optimistic that Nintendo will come through with some amazing updates.
