Q: The new villager won’t move to my town?
Adoption won’t work if:
1. You already have 10 villagers (or 9 and a plot or 9 and one in boxes).
2. The villager you are adopting has been in your town before and you didn’t go through 16 other villagers before getting them again.
3. You already have that character in your town currently.
4. You adopted two villagers on the same day. Only the last villager invited will move to your town.

I can just TT (time travel forward) and give her to you whenever you like, but make sure you've cycled through 16 villagers and also have the space for her. If not then I'll tell her not to move and you can have her when you're ready next time.

She's moving in 4 days! Let me know when you're online and ready to take her.

It's random, she hasn't stated that she plans on moving out yet but she is a villager I am aiming to remove from my town.
