I first got New Leaf for Christmas this year, and it is tons of fun. But i am starting to notice an issue with my villagers more and more. They seem to do absolutely nothing aside from occasionally giving delivery, fetch or visit task, and giving me free stuff. I have seen only two instances...
So I am using the reset trick to change the villager who is moving in. It is set to only be smug (as I don't have any smug), and I am trying to get Julian. Two resets into the morning... This is going to be a good morning.
Last night I was resetting for Ankha. Diana was set for moving in on one reset. I had to flip a coin and went on to get Ankha the very next reset. Then, today, Diana showed up in my tent. I feel proud.
One of the most harrowing experiences in animal crossing is getting involved in the community and finding out that three of the villagers you recently had move out are really popular and could have been sold for a mint.
1:New leaf. Maybe it is just because it is the most recent, but I am in love with new leaf. So much good stuff in it, like the QR machine, and the diving suit (despite it's limited utility, PWPs and characters like Isabelle.
