    Pretty simple, however, you don't decide who moves, as in you can't talk them out of moving :(

    It's ok. I'm ready whenever u are. I've been waiting for this person for 2 days now and they haven't even contacted me since yesterday at 6 after telling me they could pick him up last night. I waited up til after 1 am for them. I have another town that I am doing a 16 villager cycle in so that's where I put him. I'll just let them know when he pings to leave again.
