I was just browsing through some YGOTAS videos, and saw your "NON-STOP NYEH CAT!" video. I'm not quite sure what surprised me more, seeing your username, or seeing the amount of views the video had.
And there's no sense in pushing for it to be moved after Andy stated that it will be staying where it is.
It's not going to be that hard to find. It's been the top topic many times in the Gamers' Lounge and you can always look at the latest posts section. Just because it's not as simple as two clicks doesn't mean it's not possible. And when most people thing Metal Gear Solid, they think of Sony, not 3DS, not XBOX, but Sony.
You're almost legalistic over this whole thing. Remember that it's just a post in a forum on a website on the internet. If it was a drastic change of the rules (i.e. A thread about puppies in the Sony board), then yes, I'd understand your reasoning, but it's still not that big of a deal. You can always just request that it be moved, but Andy has already stated that it will stay where it is.
Regardless, MGS games are known to many people for being on PS3. Until about a week or two ago, I thought they were PS exclusives. No one ever really hears of the Xbox versions anymore. It's like talking about the console versions of Team Fortress 2.
