It's alright to have different opinions! It's just a shame that not everyone can have what they would like in this series. I think it's interesting to hear other perspectives. I imagine it's going to be hard for Nintendo to please everyone.

If someone else has already come to your town to talk to them then they already have them moving into their town so they won't go to anyone else ! So yes it does override.
Well I have a moving villager on auction and I've heard conflicting information on where they decide to move. I'd assume someone directly asking them on box day overrides moving into a recently wi-fied town?
