    Yeah, the animals run pretty fast in the game! Like, as fast as you run in City Folk. You even run fast yourself. And I love Gulliver in the GC version. He also has some cool things to say after you talk to him!

    Sounds pretty sweet! I do think after getting 15 villagers, you get a bridge. However, you do not get to choose where. I got a pretty good spot though. After having it for so long, it feels like it was always there. :p
