I take 500 mg of vitamin C every 24 hours, I heard that it's bad to take more than 2000 mg a day, which leads to kidney stones or soft poop. There's really no other source of Vitamin C besides these supplements. That's why I love taking them every morning after breakfast.
I haven't been sick in about three years now, and I'm one to get sick pretty badly when I do.

I take vitamin C supplament pills daily, I always wonder how effective it is, and if it's bad to take it every day like this. My dad bought it for about $1.xx at the store, I think I"m gonna take these for the rest of my life since they don't cost a lot and keep me from getting sick easily.
