My sink appears to be empty
It means getting rid of a villager into thin air, as in not giving them to someone else, so once they say they're moving, they just...disappear. And if someone has recently voided a villager and you're the first person to Wifi with them and you have space in your town, you'll get their ex-villager. It's very inconvenient.
