Which works really well for me.

What I do is have a villager in boxes on April 1st 2014 along with a new villager. I grab everyone's picture and save quit.
I then TT back to March 27th 2013, save & quit.
TT to March 27th 2014, save & quit.
TT to April 1st 2014, someone else is in boxes and someone new has moved in. I then collect all the pictures again, adopt them out and start over. :)
