Hello! I am stilla noob to this website, so pardon me if I make any mistakes!
I am pretty sure I was scammed out of a villager. I am usually pretty safe about my trades, and this person seemed legit. So we used to retail method and after I had paid 15 million bells, I went to go pick the villager up. The villager agreed to move in, but after days of waiting she STILL hasn't shown up. I ended up getting the same villager for free from a giveaway, but I wasted 15 million bells, that was like half of my bells down the drain. I can't find this person anywhere, but when I do, could you just ask them about it? Im not sure if they did this on purpose or just by accident, but I would love my bells back. Thanks!

Quick question: if I was about to void someone but the person showed up and I post "I lied" could they give a neutral rating?

My thread wasn't a complaint, I was trying to see what the actual rules were that applies to bumps. Mods are saying two different things so it would have been nice to have a discussion before it was so prematurely closed.

And I only made it a thread because that's the only way to get admins/mods attention, the information desk is filled with mod wannabes.
