    You talk to Porter (the monkey) and say you'd like to visit another town. When he asks, select a faraway town. When my gates are open, you'll see mayor's name, Yulia, and my town's name, Noche! Just select it! Once you're there, go into Stitches' house and talk to him. The option of asking him to move in will be there.
