The red leaves are furniture items that have been customised by Cyrus, and I found it on Pinterest I think? I remember finding heaps of QR codes on pinterest, tumbler, but even on google images and in the ACNL Patterns Board here
That's fair though! They're not exactly obvious things the game tells you. I was just young and had way too much free time to put into the game.
Also, sorry about the clutter! I think the last time I was playing years ago I was doing big trades with people, so now I just have items everywhere
