  • Yup, everything seems to be settled and all is well :)

That's a good idea. I'm sure you would enjoy it a whole lot more being able to communicate with everyone! Sounds good! There's so much to explore there, so I'm sure you'll find somewhere that's fun! Just keep dreaming, work hard, and you'll make it ;D
Yeah, personally I think it's hard finding good vocaloid songs. A lot of them sound crappy... Most vocaloid songs are made by the average person and not by professional musicians, so I guess that's why there's a lack of quality. I've heard of linked horizon! Didn't they compose some of the songs from shingeki no kyojin?

I saw that you're playing MH4G! How far into it are you? I used to have MH4U and got to around HR450, completed every quest, and got all the endgame and GQ weapons/armor that I wanted. I ended up selling it a few months ago, but I bought MH4G when they had an eshop sale a few weeks ago. Anyway, I wondered if I could join you on some hunts before MHX is released?
    Sorry for the late reply! I couldn't get into my account until now ; ;

Cool, I hope it helps! Oh, that sounds like a decent price for a Japanese course.. I guess it depends on how long it is though. It sure sounds like it was all more than worth it! Are you going to travel to Japan again soon? Yeah sure! You don't need to send many, just the best ones if that's okay with you ^^
Yup, teaching is usually a good starting job for foreigners. Also, when you teach, you don't need to know fluent Japanese. All the teaching is done in English! However, if you do want to become a translator after, you should aim for fluency in the Japanese language. Hey, you never know! You could be an expert at teaching Japanese kids and not even know it, hehe ;)
Awesome!! Did you buy some MH figures there?

Thanks for posting those songs! I know almost all of them, with DYE being my favorite out of those :)
I used to listen to lots of vocaloid, but now I usually just listen to indie Japanese music.
Translating would be awesome! Maybe you should try teaching in Japan first? It's a gateway to many other jobs (such as translating) and you can form some professional connections from the job, as I've heard. Haha yeah, working at 7-11 or FamilyMart would be fun. Any job in Japan could be fun as long as it pays the bills :p
Also, that's so cool that you got to see a live vocaloid concert! What are your favorite vocaloid songs? I'll post mine in a separate post.
Thank you and best luck with your goals and dreams ^^

    As Shuzo Matsuoka would say...
I hope your Japanese course goes well for you! You must be excited! There's a site I used a lot when I was studying Japanese in the past and it might help you (http://www.alljapaneseallthetime.com/blog). It's used more for motivation to learn Japanese and to get involved in the culture. I found it to be a great help ^^

Wow, it sounds like you got to see the best of Japan on that trip! That sucks so much... I've heard a lot of horror stories of card problems when travelling to foreign countries. Thank goodness you got it resolved!
Ahhh that sounds amazing! I bet you got tons of beautiful pictures from the trip. That story makes me so jealous >_< いいえdon't worry, I love hearing stories.
    Nice! ^^
I'm glad to hear it! I'm the same with learning on and off (I only know bits of the language, a few kanji, and all hiragana/katakana). I find that it's sometimes hard to learn when you aren't fully immersed in the culture and subjected to speaking the language on a daily basis. Living there is the best way to learn for sure! Ahhh that's so amazing that you had the chance to go there! What did you enjoy most about your trip? You should live there when you have the chance!
My plan for the future is to get a bachelors degree and either teach English in Japan or work in California for an animation company (Disney, Dreamworks, etc).
Yup, the author of that gamefaqs article and I were figuring out how to download them last night and finally figured it out! It takes a little bit of effort to get the codes, so it's good to get them so you're ready to download them on the 28th. The new themes look sooo cool *0*
I saw on your profile that you're interested in learning Japanese! How long have you been learning? I take it that you're interested in Japanese culture too :)
No worries, I just wondered! In-game chatting is always fine with me. Whatever works for the team ;)
Oh yeah... the next day we'll be so dead XD
Hey, did you get your 2 theme codes for pre-loading the game?
Ahhhh that sounds amazing! I'd love to join! Thank you for the invite ^^
What do you use for communication for hunting? Line, skype, something else?
You're skipping sleep just for MHX?! Wow, that's hardcore o.o I might do that too.. hehe
Of course! Fellow hunters that import MH games are hard to find ;)
    ALL ABOARD!! CHOOO CHOOOO!!!!
btw, I added you on the 3DS
