Seriously, I think you have potential. If you could draw the outline of the face more detailed and the outlines of hair a bit smoother and balanced, it would look even nicer. Then you could try adding more volume and folds to clothes and then practise proportions of upper body for starters. Following with shading with pencil . . .
Bit by bit - having some reference for orientation for the lineart will help, too!
It's annoying to read but trying and trying is the keyword, mixed with motivation and advice by others it can only get better and more fun!
