Your price offer for the Rococo set is a lbit low. Since all Rococo items are Spotlight items, I usually sell the set for around 500K, but since you are exclusing the wall and floor I can offer you a discount. Would 450K be reasonable? nah that'd be totally fine! but i think i mentioned that the town she's in has some voided villagers? i don't know exactly how voids work? like if u picked up a villager when u visited, would u still get a void move-in? but idk, if i can clear my void before then, u can definitely have her!
