I don't hold it against people who do time travel, but I think they're missing out on a real-time experience that very few games have to offer. Everyone has their own schedule and enjoy playing the game in different ways. I personally find the game much more enjoyable played at its intended pace.

I purchased New Leaf with an almost passive interest in the game. The last one I played was the original for Gamecube, so it's been a good long time since I last played any Animal Crossing. The game thrives on the 3DS! You can play the game casually, like I thought I would, but yeeeaaah... 50+...
