Orange pansies are real, I have some. :P The beach is the best place for breeding because villagers hardly go there, and are much less likely to plant normal flowers next to your hybrids.

I've never had a New Leaf villager be rude or unkind to me in any way. What dialog is it that you guys think is rude? It's very annoying how sanitized the dialog in the game is tbh.

You put 500 hours into the game. That's a LOT. Games aren't meant to be played forever, even though animal crossing in particular does have a long lifespan. It's ok to grow out of your old interests and develop new ones.

Flowers can be withered (grey) the next day even if you watered them. Just turn beautiful ordinance on.
