    hi hi! it's actually pretty complex 0__0 the way i understand it is that when you void a villager, there's an invisible 'pool' in the game that stores them, and there's a chance that one of those voided villagers can be transferred to another town! it really confuses me as well, therefore i'm not so sure how recently 'recently' is haha;; and i don't think TT'ing will make the queue empty or something! ; n ;

    buuut if you really want kiki, you may take her! let's just hope that hippeaux doesn't move in haha;; it's really just a game of chances.
