I do use last.fm! My username over there is anchorlight Feel free to add me on there, I love combing through other people's charts. That website is such a godsend to me. I'm always complaining that my music library keeps getting bigger but at the same time... I really love discovering new artists ;_; I just wish their algorithms for recommending "similar artists" worked a little more accurately...

Oooh, I'll definitely try listening to her again! Amy Winehouse has an absolutely gorgeous voice, and I'm kicking myself now for not getting into her sooner. Do you have any songs in particular that are your favorite? I'll track those down first!

And yeah - I've heard some of Lady Gaga's stuff with Tony Bennett and it just made me think "why haven't you been doing this from the beginning, girl?" LOL - I really do hope she sticks with the jazzy stuff, she's really well suited to it. There are more than enough pop/dance artists who can pick up where she leaves off. I like that stuff too but there's such a lack of really strong jazz singers out there right now - either that or I'm looking in all the wrong places, haha. I miss that. The throaty, sultry female vocalists are so hard to find...
