I wouldn't keep it, simply because there's only one river layout I actually like. But it is cute, I have always thought that river layout is quite sweet, and it is nice that all your buildings are up in that corner so it's a nice little area where everything is together. I'd be slightly annoyed...

I really dislike the triangles, I couldn't keep a town with triangle grass, imo it just looks so close together and too busy, it gives me a headache.
