I got my Nintendo Wii U on November 30th when it released in the United Kingdom, it is 100% definitely worth saving up.
I don't know how long they will be doing it for as it a Nintendo Wii U launch offer, but GAME are doing a promotion where if you buy the Nintendo Wii U from them, you will be able to buy one of twelve Nintendo Wii U games for only £25.
(That is a bargain considering that the Nintendo Wii U game RRP's are set at around £44.99 to £49.99 each.)
