It is, I thought Whitney was lost, but then her plot just popped up xD Aww well, as long as your friend does not wi-fi with anyone after the time they lost her, you'll have a shot I think c: Yep it would still work as Rosie is in their pool of villagers because she recently moved out c: It doesn't matter of you were there before so as long as you have a space, hopefully she'll move in!

I saw your problem with Rosie, just gonna jump in here and try to help xD But can't you try the wi-fi pool? C: Thats how I got Whitney after she was TTed out by accident And someone got my Stitches using the wi-fi pool so its worth a shot if you really want Rosie c: Just go to their town for a while and then TT to tomorrow(or wait if you don't TT) and then alt char to see if you can find her plot c: I hope this helps c:
