Hi there sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I wasn't on at all yesterday so I was shocked when there were so man offers on my thread. I'm trying to base who gets what on who asked first so some of the items you want are currently assigned to other people. Yeah, I used a the ac tool kit editor to do most of the stuff. All the landscaping for the most part was done before I ever discovered the tool.
Pshhhh it's really not that great tbh, needs a ton of work lol. I just like hanging and chatting with other players when I get the chance, so I usually don't mind what town it's in. -
