    Yes here's what I do.

    Time travel day by day and check each day if a villager wants to move. If they do, yay! If not, then travel six days forward, save and quit, and then travel six days back. Another should ask to move on that day. Repeat until the villager you want pings.

    Just so you know, I have a 3 day limit on holding villagers in my Cycling town. If you don't come to get Fuchsia within that 3 days I apologize but she will be sold to someone else
