    no problem!! yeah it's def disheartening when you've been waiting for a balloon and you open it up just to find 1k bells or iron or something useless lol. hope you get the rest of the diys you need soon <3

    hi! i time traveled so it's currently april 3rd in my game, i think the diys are available between april 1st-10th. they come from balloon presents, which spawn (almost - sometimes it skips, not sure why) every 5 minutes when the time ends in 4 and 9. i believe before 6 or 7am they float in from the left side, and after that they float in from the right side (for me at least), then it switches back at 6/7pm. hope that makes sense and that it helps!!
