Zucker is moving out. Starting bid: 1 mil. Minimum increase: 500k. Could someone inform of an appropriate buy-out for him? I'm not quite sure what he would/does sell for!

His move out date isn't for a few days so this bid can stay open nice and long if necessary. I'll add a buy-out amount once I've found one that's fair.
