Zucker and his Flan Shirt

Ok so I have Zucker in my town and he decided to wear Frita's shirt...not cool. So I've sent him at least 5 Flan shirts in the mail and I even gave him on his Birthday and he still won't wear it. I even went to town hall hall and complained to Isabelle. Anyone know any other tricks to getting him to wear the Flan shirt?

Did you sent him 5 shirts at once? Or over the course of a few days? I find if you overwhelm the villager with shirts they'll wear it. 5 at once, and if they still aren't wearing it, 5 more lol. It always works for me, just flood them with the shirt.

I sent him the shirts over a few days..Ill try just overwhelming hims with Flan shirts! Thanks for the help, hope it works!

Good luck! He pulled that with me when I had him, too. I think I was able to get him to change back into once, but wasn't after he changed it for the second time.

My Zucker has been wearing the detective outfit for over a year.I gave him,according to Thonky,one of his favorite shirts for his birthday earlier this month and he refused to wear it.I've also sent Zucker several Flan tanks and he hasn't worn any of them.I've noticed that it's hard to get my villagers to wear anything from the Gracie collection...even the villagers that start off wearing a Gracie shirt,like Hans,Kidd ...and Zucker.I don't know why that happens.

I got Zucker from someone else, and he's wearing some awful custom design shirt unfortunately. Some villagers are more stubborn than others when it comes to changing their shirts, so I'd advise to just keep trying! Oddly enough, if I write a nice note to a villager about how I think that this shirt would look good on them, they're more apt to wear it... but maybe that's just me!

Uah, don't get me started with, Zucker.
I was so happy to finally get him and after only one day he changed his shirt to that a other villager was wearing after having a conversation with them. I don't even have the option of getting him flan shirts at the moment, which is even more annoying.

So, I send him the bear costume and he put it on right away! Which actually looks kind of cute on him, haha. The day I send him the shirt, he pinged be before I did asking me what I think of his current shirt. I told him I didn't like it, to which he responded that he will switch shirts soon.
Maybe that influenced him to switch the shirt so fast, after I send him a new one?
