Zenless Zone Zero

I know release is still a long ways away, but has anyone here heard of this? Zenless Zone Zero is an urban fantasy action online game produced by Hoyoverse, the same company that made Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.

From the looks of it, it looks to have a fighting fantasy monsters in the streets type of vibe, something I can definitely be down for. And the fluidity of the animation and characters is amazing. It seems with each successive game they release they continue to double down on this and make improvements.

Does anyone else here plan on playing this when it releases?

And looks like it's going to release sometime either in the beginning or middle of next year. I'm really excited. The gameplay looks similar to several games I've played before, so if it's anything like those games and considering it's made by hyv, it should end up being pretty sweet.

Time to wake up! The ZZZ release is only a day and a half away! Can't wait to get into New Eridu and explore what this game has to offer. Not to mention the 100 pulls and 80 Bangboo pulls as a part of playing the release is SUPER based! Here's some videos talking more about the game for your enjoyment. My luck has been the same as ever when it comes to Hoyo games, as I managed to obtain the featured S rank agent, Ellen Joe, with a 10-pull, and I ended up pulling the S rank agent, Grace Howard, on the standard banner with a single pull around 30-40 pulls in!

I'm really enjoying the game so far. Seems like it has a lot to offer, especially the combat, and that just makes the game even more enticing to me. Hope everyone is having fun with it so far as well!

I'm almost done with the current story, and still loving every minute of this game. I ended up pulling more on the limited banner and lost my second 50/50 to Soldier 11, which is fine because now I have a fully functional disorder team thanks to her. Here's the two teams I'll be continuing to build from here on out, my ice team and disorder team.

I finished the current main story of this game! I have to say I've really loved both the combat and story in this game so far. It reminds me a lot of another game I used to play years ago. Now that I've finished the story I'm just working on building my two teams up more and doing comms. Can't wait for phase 2 Zhu Yuan to be here, and I'm curious what we'll experience in the next installment of the story. :3

Finally got my characters up to level 20, but I still have a long ways to go with the current story. Combat is a blast so far, even though my old laptop struggles to run it. The hub when there’s a lot of NPCs and when the large machine enemies with shields appear tend to tank the framerate for me.

The Zhu Yuan character teaser is out! I currently have around 50 pulls saved for her and am guaranteed, so I'm highly considering pulling her. May all Zhu Yuan wanters be Zhu Yuan havers!

I finally picked up the game the other day! I didn't really NEED another gacha.. but when I saw Ellen I KNEW I had to have her!! She's a freakin' shark girl!!! I love sharks ;w;

I also got 2 Shark Bangboos :3 I was really happy about that!

EDIT: Got Grace :/ Lost the 50/50 to a character I already have and I'm trying not to cry HAHAH

I managed to get Ellen and her weapon in the first 3 weeks. I love the story and setting but I don't have the energy to be dedicated to another gacha game. So I'll probably jump in every now and then to do the events and get the free pulls. None of the characters are interesting to me outside of Ellen right now.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I just reached level 50 the other day and ranked up to Legendary Proxy. It was pretty exciting. I also have two well-defined and built teams that I'm going to continue to improve from here on out, pictured below. I've been throwing my pulls each day at the weapon banner for Zhu Yuan, but after 20-30 pulls haven't received anything so far. I'll continue to throw pulls at it though because it's possible I could get it before the banner ends.

I also REALLY need one more copy of Nicole, because then I'd have her full cinema unlocked. But her final self has been eluding me.

The special program for the next version of this game is out! I have yet to watch it, but I'm sure it's hype. :3

Also, I mentioned this in another thread already, but I successfully pulled Zhu Yuan's weapon! The weapon banner in this game has been super kind to me so far, which is funny because in the other games it usually isn't.

The new update has been a lot of fun! Also, I started throwing pulls casually at Qingyi's banner and won her early on 50/50!!

She's replaced Koleda on my second team to go with Zhu Yuan and Nicole, and is already doing great. I love that she's a more powerful Stun role character.

Also, I found this video of her to be very interesting and insightful to watch.

I wasn't expecting to get it at all, BUT, I did another 10-pull on Qingyi's weapon banner and lo and behold, I got her weapon!!! I'm so over the moon right now. My day is made and my excitement is immeasurable.

Also loving the events they're putting out currently. There's a x2 coffee event going on right now for anyone who needs that extra grinding boost! ​
