Hey, I can get you some Zelda items for tbt bells? Or did you mean in gamebells?
Also, special villagers can't be adopted, Nintendo wants everybody to buy the figures, several people have tried it now

as for your questions, no, you cannot to both. you have to have the amiibos to get the special villagers and you must have gracie in your own town. hope this helps
