I found out about it when it was first released because I was using the wii net for something or another and it automatically sent me to youtube xl. I think the layout was different before though..

Same, but I always quit out to regular youtube.

You can't even comment, view channels, and some videos don't even come up on XL because there's some new option to make certain videos only viewable in standard version. It basically reminds me of wii-net overall. Lacking. Very. Very. Lacking.
