Youtube is a fail

Youtube was great, but they completely commercialized it!

You can't have soundtracks, or any copyrighted stuff!
There's constant advertising on the site and on videos!
People are getting falsely flagged.
I think Youtube is going down the toilet. What about you?

If a large corporation didn't follow the rules, they could get into serious trouble.
