I did this awhile ago! My top ten were Gardevoir, Leafeon, Froslass, Lapras, Primarina, Mawile, Ampharos, Roserade, Chandelure, and Swampert. I don't think any Gen 8 pokemon would be in the top 10, so I'm good with stating it's still the same.

Bulbasaur at number one (like he should... he'll always be my favorite)
Bounsweet at number two ('cause I fell in love with her and the design the second I played through S/M)
Wigglytuff at number three (I owe my love for Wigglytuff to Guild Master Wigglytuff.... YOOM-TAH!)
Goodra at number four (I prefer the shiny version a lot more, HOWEVER, Goodra is such a cutie just the way they are ;w; <3 )
Bewear at number five (what? he looks like he gives good hugs, and I don't care if it kills me xD)
Tepig at number six (another starter... I usually chose grass starters every game up until Unova, I chose Tepig.. but after that I still chose grass.. Tepig being the only starter I chose that wasn't a grass one)
Grookey at number seven (ANOTHER starter, how funny... but Grookey tugs on my heartstrings he's so darn cute I can't help it!! plus... I adore all grass types)
Alcremie at number eight (bruh... i couldnt resist ;w; she's literally a dessert... not only that but shes so cute <3)
