idk i think it's a lot of fun to see what other people's ideas are when it comes to decorating their houses :>
i have three towns, so i can have quite a lot of rooms to decorate hehe. i don't have any pics atm but i'll talk about some of my ideas for my different rooms and houses!!
in my first town cool i have one side character who has two classrooms, one school nurse, one room with the kiddie set, one room that will be a hallway pretty much and one room that will be a gym for gym class :>
in the same town my mayor has a house with no real theme, i have one room with lovely furniture, a room with the sloppy set that's kind of like a laundry, a room that is going to be an aquarium of sorts, a room with modern wood furniture, a sweets set cafe and a room with refurbished rococo set kind of mixed with run down items to make a feel that it is a bit run down.
in my second town dripple all my houses are a mess, but i have ideas for what i want to do with them! in my mayor's house i have finished a kind of dig site/fossil research room where i have some fossils, some digging stuff, some desks etc.
in the same house i also have a room which will be a pirate-y treasure dungeon, it's in the basement and will be dark, run down and abandoned but still have a bit of a rich feel to it, while being a bit creepy.
then i have three rooms which will be generally home-y with the cabana set and a lot of browns.
and in one room i have set up a beach... it's still a work in progress, but i want it to look as beach-like as i can ^^
my side character in that town is a farmer, and this fsr i haven't stsrted designing the homes but i have thought about what i want to do. i want the second floor to be living space with a bedroom and maybe a kitchen. then the lower floor main room will be a wheat field, and the rooms around that room will have different farm animals in them!
in my third town tui i haven't even set up all the characters yet, but i'm planning on having two characters with matching houses; one with a superhero theme and one with a villain theme.
my general idea for the superhero house is to have one room for each hero. i will be using the different zap suits and put them on mannequins and then i'll make them a private room that matches thejr outfit.
and then i will have two rooms, ome which will be a sort of meeting room i giess.
in the villain house i'm thinkin kind of the same idea, but with villains instead lol.. like an evil scientist, a bunch of money lying around etc...
