Love it. Superb plot and gameplay, great replay value and the remake of the best pokemon games ever made.

I've only played a little of HG, and a bit of SS via a friend so:

My first pokemon game back in the 90's was Pokemon Gold Version, and I had the yellow gameboy and all to go with it. Back in the original Gold version I was captivated by day and night, different pokemon in each game, and above all, the great music and easy layout of towns.

It's been a good ten years since I played gold version, and just last week I picked up Heart gold. It's a little different in the world layout, just little things I noticed that changed between games. Like, I used to like being able to see my pokemon outside in the daycare without having to walk in. Just little things like that. I'm also a little disappointed that they've included the new pokemon from the III and IV generation games, and would have been happy with an option to not include them in gameplay, just for nostalgia's sake.

Otherwise there's really nothing to say, it's pokemon and I guess for a remake it's enjoyable enough.
